Over the past two years we have built a content platform that attracts millions of readers every month from all over the world. We create content that makes their lives easier, and they in turn reward us with their trust and become TransferWise customers.

That’s still not enough for us, though. We need someone like you to help us move our project further and have an even bigger impact.

That’s why we’re looking for an SEO Analyst to join our growing Content SEO team in London. The role is a unique opportunity to supercharge our growth and inform our content strategy across the globe to help millions more potential customers save money by using TransferWise.

Your mission:

Your mission is to dig into our SEO content to tell us what we’re missing and deliver actionable recommendations that will bring new users to TransferWise. You won’t write content yourself but you’ll help our team of Content Specialists to plan what to publish and to optimise their existing content. 

  • Use your SEO acumen to provide recommendations for content in all of our markets 
  • Support our team of 15 SEO Content Specialists with data-based opportunities 
  • Help push our SEO content to the next level of quality and performance
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding smart new talent to deliver our mission
  • Ensure we have the reporting we need to monitor performance across all markets
  • Develop knowledge of SEO in the team by training others and sharing what you learn

A bit about you: 

  • You have experience reviewing multiple websites. Perhaps for multiple clients and industries
  • You have reviewed content and performance data and made measurable recommendations 
  • Experience working in an agency is a plus, think of our many blog markets as your clients if it helps
  • You’re highly organised and able to keep track of multiple projects 
  • You don’t wait to be told, you can build your own plan and spot opportunities to deliver value
  • You’re naturally curious and when you spot something odd in the data, you delve deeper to find the root cause
  • You’re highly experienced in creating and optimising content for SEO 
  • You have a very strong grip on SEO data and analysis tools
  • You have a good head for data, so you’re able to export and play with the numbers to see what’s going on
  • You’re a strong communicator and can work collaboratively with our teams in Tallinn and Budapest 
  • You’re a self-starter, you’re proactive and are comfortable working in an environment where there aren’t direct instructions
  • You’re a problem solver and you seek to remove your own blockers 
  • You’re responsible and emotionally intelligent and you’re able to use your own judgement in challenging situations 

Some extra skills that would be awesome: 

  • High level of competency with all common SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, STAT and content production software
  • High level of competency reviewing data, understanding meaning and translating this into insight and actions 
  • Experience using multiple and international search engines is a plus
